Depending on your relationship with BeeCaptured and the permissions you provide, text messages may include:

• Responses to photography, videography or photo booth inquiries
• Appointment and consultation reminders
• Event reminders and coordination
• Booking confirmations and updates
• Project or service-related communications
• Marketing messages, promotions or special offers

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, bookings, events, interactions with BeeCaptured and the types of communications you have agreed to receive.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. BeeCaptured is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of BeeCaptured text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may also communicate a request to stop receiving text messages by contacting BeeCaptured directly.

After an opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive the applicable text messages unless you later provide consent to receive them again.

Consent

By opting in, you authorize BeeCaptured and service providers acting on our behalf to send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted.

Mobile Number & Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and for notifying BeeCaptured if your number changes. Delivery of text messages is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability, and delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Information collected in connection with text messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BeeCaptured may use outside service providers to facilitate text communications. Information may be provided to those service providers as necessary to deliver and manage the messaging service.

BeeCaptured may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our messaging practices, services or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
